Our Mission

RJRD Associates & Consultants L.L.C.

Our Mission

The mission of RJRD Associates & Consultants L.L.C. is to assist our customers and partners in taking all of their mission requirements to the next level by providing world class support within budget.  We are committed to delivering exceptional performance and exceeding clients expectations with a proven record of experience and commitment.

History

RJRD Associates & Consultants L.L.C. is multi-owned limited liability company. During July of 2018, the company was registered as an entity with the Virginia Secretary of State before transferring its home-base to Mebane, NC and registering as an entity with the North Carolina Secretary of State.  RJRD Associates & Consultants L.L.C. is registered as a prospective vendor for the Federal Government via the System for Award Management (SAM), to compete for government contracts, and has been certified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE). RJRD is also self-certified as a Minority-Owned Small Business through the Small Business Administration. As an emerging small business, RJRD’s aim is to provide our customers with a training and development program that cultivates the required skills to achieve organizational mission success.  Our goal is to help our customers develop a complete training program that is strategically tailored to the organization's main goals and objectives, contrary to similar professional developmental programs that are more generalized and fail to consider an organization's overall trajectory.
Our program is designed to help our clients identify their core competencies, access the workforce capability, identify career paths, and develop a workforce development plan to help the organization fullfill it's purpose.  RJRD Associates & Consultants L.L.C. aims to deliver a long-term strategy to develop a workforce responsive to the needs of the organization.   This gives the organization's leaders the opportunity to chart the future, while worrying less about retaining and training their employees.
